  1. I just posted yesterday about getting this new laptop with the AMD HD Radeon 6770m video card (which is a 2GB card) and I got it to work with sl after i updated it's driver... However, whenever i go beyond the "low" to meduim graphic settings, the perforamce decreases dramatically and things slow down in a freakish way. Normally this shouldn't be happening because the laptop should be sufficient enough to handle this setting and even beyond it, but it's not... Please help. Edit: My laptop has 8GBs of RAM and a core i7 2nd generation processor xD It can't get any stronger than this
  2. Ok, I think i got the correct update from the HP website and I'll tell you if it works or not.. I got a new laptop with an AMD HD Radeon 6770m and second life can't seem to open as it gives me an error message saying that the drivers are either out of date or the card is not compatible with second life. I tried a third part viewer as well and it gave me the same thing. I can't even open the main window at second life. I've tried the "--noprobe" trick to avoid getting my hardware "detected", but it doesn't seem to solve the problem. Specs: I have a core i7 2nd generation, windows 7 64-bit, and 8gb of ram. What can i do to solve this problem? I've tried to update the drivers but they seemed to be already updated or something since the laptop is brand new... Please help.
