Im not sure if this has been answerd but the only way out of it now is to go back to the basic avatar and re build yourself from scratch. Go to Advanced menu ( Ctrl+ALT+D ) then at the top of your screen you will see ADVANCED. Now go down to Character Then across to Character Tests The across to Test Female or Test Male, you will go back to a newbie but your loaded in. It maybe good to Clear cache also before you do this:) GOodLuck
