A friend was permanently terminated and she doesn't know why. Does anyone know what this means? "Linden Lab has determined this account is closely linked to those that have violated the Second Life Terms of Service, having shared multiple login locations with the violating account. Regretfully, we have determined your account will be permanently terminated, because it is too high a risk to allow violators and those closely linked to them to access Second Life." This was the only reason given. Repeated attempts to appeal online was met with generic non-responses. LL has closed the case and said it will not respond to any other requests. We don't know what happend. HELP!
