  1. Hello there, There has a been a clich somewhere and it appears I have been charged twice for the items in my shopping cart. The cart didn't empty when I 1st bought my items, so I naturally presumed the order hadn't gone through. So I put a couple more things in my cart and bought everything again. But when I checked my inventory I see that I have double of everything I have purchased and I have in fact been charged twice, nearly 4000L twice! For copy items! I'm not happy. How do I get a refund for this obvious technical error please? Thanks kindly, Muse
