    Putting my grandfathered 20,000 prim full private region up for sale ($195 tier due 23rd monthly). The island is stand-alone (no other regions directly beside it). Cost to buyer is $600 transfer fee plus best offer for purchase. We are currently moving our remaining renters, so the island can be cleared when sale is final.
