What can I do to protect myself, my account & my business? Thank you in advance

Why in the year of 2013,does it still take such a long time for the Lindex Exchange to process credit ? More than that, they specify that the time of credit processing should be between 0 - 5 days , but looking at my process credit history I can see that's not usually the norm. Really, both on Xstreet and after that on third party exchange sistems you could of had an instant cash out process of the money and send them to paypal, with no waiting time. If the money would of went directly into our bank accounts, that probably would of explained the prolongued time that it takes for the cashing out process, but this money goes to paypal, which takes another 3 - 4 days to send the money on the credit card. This makes it in total 7 days to get the money in your hands, that's IF the norm specified on Lindex page is respected, which clearly isn't . Linden Lab, if you cannot manage to provide a fast quality service like this one, why would you even forbid the use of other third parties that done an excelent job at it? (Example : VirVox, Eldex, etc.) *Note that I am posting this question on 08.07.2013, I have sent the processing request for my money on the first of this month, and still it is In Progress status.
