I am on the linden themed land so if i am understanding correctly i have to abandon the house then add land and find a spot i want?

I am currently a premium member with a 512 land and home. I want to upgrade to 1024 or 2048. If I did would I still be at the same spot or be moved and still have the house or what? Also my billing date isnt till early next month, if I did it today when would it get billed? I am on the land/home that you get when you become premium.

I would like to switch my premium account from my main to my alt withought loosing the land I am on. Is that possible? Basically my main lives one place with another group of people and my alt stays on another spot (for times i want real privacy) and I want to have the premium account sent to alt and not loose where she stays.
