You might consider an alternative to BBB more along the lines of Angie's List. Only the customer can add a company to the list. Just a thought.

I am a premier account holder. Since the website changed, I've not been able to find the link to generate a trouble ticket. I can't even find my history. I've been on SL over 3 years now. Anyone know where I can go? Thanks
