  1. =============== INTRODUCTION: =============== I'm all about you. So many people forget that second life is supposed to be a game. They treat their business customers as most corporations do. Numbers, statistics, bottom lines. A means to an end, and that end is greed. I'm not saying all landlords, retailers, and whatnot in Second Life are like this, just many that I've run into on the grid. I'm here to change that. For me, it isn't about the money. Sure, Lindens are nice to have, but I can get as many as I need already. I have plenty of disposable income. For me, being a land lord is about the people. I've met so many interesting characters over my years here. So many folks that I would never have met if I didn't take such an interest in the happiness of my renters. When I'm your landlord, you can expect great customer service. That much is expected, and is your right. But you'll also get someone who is actually concerned with making sure you have a good time on the grid. Many issues can plague those who rent or own land. Nosy neighbors, ugly constructions nearby, troublemakers scripts, these are all things I've had to deal with over the years. These are all things you, as a customer, shouldn't have to deal with. When you have these problems, know that I have them too, and I'll work my hardest to remove those issues for you. Because I'm all about you. =============== THE DETAILS: =============== My parcels are priced competitively. All you pay is tier. That may be more than the big land rental folks who pile skyboxes on top of each other into "towers", but it's less than you would pay if you got a premium account and also paid tier. I'm not in it for the money, but I am in it for enough to pay for the land itself. Plus, you get total control over the space and don't have to share with anyone. All my parcels come with an easy-to-use rental box. All you do is pay is any amount, and the proper amount of time is added to your rental period. You can rent as little as one day, or as much as three months. Each parcel comes with a security orb that is integrated into the rental box. When you pay the box, the orb will begin responding to your commands. You can seal the parcel off from the rest of the grid and only allow your friends, or leave it open to everyone. It's all up to you. All my parcels are located in fairly quiet Sims, and I do my best to pick out the best. You shouldn't have any issues with neighbors, as I usually get to know the people who occupy the surrounding areas and explain that I'll be renting to people near them. =============== THE PARCELS: =============== The list of parcels is available via the following sURL. I usually have one or two parcels available, but I cannot promise this. I try to go for long term customers, so parcels don't become vacant very often. Once you visit the below link, look for the info board on the wall with my profile picture. On it is a sign that says "How To Rent". When you click that, you will get an updated list of what parcels are available. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Forbidden%20City/20/100/39
