Hi all. I am selling two of my regions. Region #1 has a billing date of 10-19-16. It is not grandfathered. No current tenants. Region #2 has a billing date of 10-20-16. It is not grandfathered. There are two current tenants who are in the process of moving. $400/ea or both for $700. Both have to be moved but you can keep the names or rename them; your call. One has no tenants, one has a couple that are aware of the pending sale and are in the process of moving. Ask any questions or contact me to purchase in-world please.
