Ok so I just got a new computer and cannot get Viewer 3, Phoenix or Firestorm to make it to the log in screen. Im not sure what I should put for info so I will put what I think may be helpful to fix this situation. The computer has : Intel i5 CPU 3.4ghz 8 gigs of RAM AMD Radeon HD 6750 1gb RAM (I had read that there some issue with the 12.3 Catalyst, not sure if it has been fixed) Now like I said Im not sure what else to put here so if you need to know just ask and I will get it. Also you should know that before I got this desktop, I was using Viewer 3 on an HP Pavilion Laptop with 4gb of RAM and an Intel chipset for graphics and SL worked fine "with some crashes and on low graphics". Anything anyone can do to help me out would be greatly appreciated. Ok I tried the uninstall and reinstall as explained by the link you provided and that also did not work. I did also try disconnecting and reconnecting the router but that didnt have any effect with SL...I might add also that I installed Diablo 3 after my initial try of SL and that is working with no issues at all. PROBLEM FIXED!!!! For ayone else that has this issue, right click the desktop icon for your viewer, go into the compatibility tab and make sure "Disable Desktop Composition" is clicked. It worked for me and it may work for you.
