hallo, vorab ich schreib dieses weil ich grad sehr angepisst bin. ich hatte mich nach langer normal sl user entschieden premium user zu werden wegen den live chat und ich bin enttäuscht ich hatte einige probleme und ich bekam nur antworten wie eröffne in sl ein ticket oder reiche ein fall ein und das wars ich find das geht garnicht wenn man solche antworten bekommt ist es doch sinnlos für eine extrafunktion zu bezahlen da frag ich mich was machen die denn da beim live chat ernsthaft und das schlimmste noch das einige male der live chat nochnicht mal die eignen tos kannt. ich wollt nun fragen ob ihr auch schon solche probleme hattet und was ihr gemacht habt. ps:: schlimmste fall war das ich hatte 2 anliegen beiden wurde nicht geholfen es kam das red mit den anderen sl user um es zuklären und mein 2tes anliegen wurde einfach so ignoriert es kam: DeanT Scout: As you don't seem to have any other issues I can assist you with and I have answered all I can regarding this issue I thank you for contacting us at Linden Lab Support and wish you a good evening!
