Ruhi Haiku

my inventory from a week ago consisted of many many folders and the number read higher than it is claiming to be reading now pretty much from a 20+k inventory to now a 13k it doesnt make sence why its not loading or only reading that little but many of my items i cannot ever get again if it is lost... but im hoping its just a glitch and nothing bad had happend.... please anyone help if they are having this problem or if there is some way to fix it. thank you.
