what happen I cant get on either

I updated my graphics driver and it still wont let me open the Viewer.. Why??? If I Download Phoenix Viewer it will run fine... Why wont second Life Viewer 2 open for me?This it what i have on my Laptop.. Card name: Intel® HD Graphics Manufacturer: Intel Corporation Chip type: Intel® HD Graphics (Core i3)

My viewer wont open to my sign in page of my Second Life Viewer?  Iav had this veiwer running on my Laptop befor .. I Have Intel(R) HD Graphics card on my laptop. Now when i first download viewer 2 and it promps me to open it the first ime it works.. But its on basic... then when i log out of Second Life then click on my Icon on my Desktop the viewer trys to open and the last thing i see as its trying is graphics instalion failed... WHat can i do to fix this?
