Has LL done away with our ability to access live chat and to submit tickets? I can no longer find the page and the page that I had previously booked marked for support, now takes me to a grid status page. ** Sadly, you are incorrect. When I go to the help page, the only thing in the way of support listed are help topics. There is no premium support or concierge support listed anywhere on the page.

I created an alt for busness purposes and can not access adult content. Is there a premium requirement to do so? I have a premium membership under a different account.
