  1. so only question i pose to that is.... the games are owned by an avie that is banned for TOS violation...so turning the servers and game back on seems like a good idea?
  2. thats what I was screaming two days ago trixie, I can play bingo in every VFW in every state I have lived in..maybe its because some of the funds go to charity...who knows
  3. well that goes back to it being on the player to know if the are allowed to play online games in thier state as its not Federal but state mandated...some staes don't allow it.. I can get online and play a UK bingo game using my US address from the state i live in ...my state doesn't have a ban..
  4. http://www.gambling-law-us.com/Federal-Laws/internet-gambling-ban.htm if its us gambling they are worried about.. thing is if the game isnt US based then the US doesnt goven over it, they players themselves have to be issued a warning that if they live in a state that does not allow internet gambling then they should not play the game as they are breaking the laws in their state maybe a button must be clicked when they pay in that says "you agree that the laws in your state or coutry do not forbid you to participate in online gambling" but honestly.. seems to defeat the point that the game is one of skill not wager ..so I have no idea, honestly, what LL is getting at by suggesting the game needs to follow US gambling rules if it is gambling then it doesnt follow TOS...smh
