** If our parcels, are not up to your satisfaction. We will REFUND you after 7 days, starting on the day you rented the parcel. If you decide to rent a 512sq parcel, and wants to move up to 1024sq, you will pay the difference instead of paying the whole price of that 1024sq parcel. For example, 512sq is $165L and you decide to move up to 1024sq which is $275L. You will only have to pay $110L to move into the 1024sq and your tier does not restart. Same goes for ALL of our sizes. We are a very trust worthy land renting business, so you can put your trust into us and we will NOT let you down.

** Listed below is our pricing. (We will also negioate, if you can not maintain the tier). So you have NO worries. 

~*512sq.m/ 117 Prims = $165L/per week. (Great for small offices, or skyboxes). ~We provide a furnished skybox, if needed. ; Will be an extra:

$40L for the skybox of any size. = $205L/per week.

~*1024sq.m/ 237 Prims = $275L/per week. (Popular on SL) ~We provide furnished skybox or small home, if needed. ; Will be an extra:

$40L for skybox of any size. = $315L/per week.
$60L for the home of any size. = $335L/per week.
