Age Verified on the Website.

Options set to General, Mature and Adult.

Sometimes it can be a glitch with the viewer. Try to install Firestorm or Phoenix and see if you can apply your preferences rating there. Otherwise, a clean reinstall of the official viewer could fix it.

On the Marketplace, you have to clear your browser's cache (in the preferences), quit and relog. Then you will be able to modify your maturity ratings. Btw, Firefox is more user-friendly with the MP. I would suggest you use it instead of IE. :smileyhappy:
