what do i do when i cant wear my collar's and  when there is no wear and all it say is restore to last position help me plz :matte-motes-frown::matte-motes-grin:

It may be that you have RLV enabled and you are under some sort of restriction that stops you attaching things.    

If you tell me what viewer you are using, I can maybe help track down what -- if any -- object has issued the restriction.   While you can easily solve the problem by turning RLV off and relogging,  first I would like to find out the cause so we can make it go away and not be a nuisance when you turn RLV back on.
