I bought items on mp and it says delivered, but they are not yet in my inventory?

I purchased some items on Market Place today, and all of the items say delivered but are not in my inventory. Any suggestions?

Hello mootsietootsie and welcome to SL Forums. You have 2 options:

1. Contact the merchant: Open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant)--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.
2. Contact support: If you don't get a reply by the merchant, submit a ticket --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, includes the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply.

In addition last weeks there is a bug which affects all viewers and several residents. When they are offline, they get nothing. If you believe that it is possible to affect you also, according Maestro Linden, block something or someone in world and relog. It is possible to get your offlines this way.

One last thing. All residents have an inbox which can save up to 25 notifications. If last time you logged out you had already 25 or almost 25, your new ones maybe got capped. So, have in your mind this case also.
