Hello Crisialfa and welcome to SL Forums. Except of your system specs, tell us about your internet connection. For example if you use wireless, avoid it and prefer direct cable connection. Also, do you crash during the logging in process? During teleporting? Suddently? Did you try something so far? Click "Options" on the right and "Edit" adding more details. You can post easily your computer specs with Menu Help --> About Second Life. Take a copy and paste here.
