Crash

Well hello. When I want to log in, sl always crashs. I use Vista. The Viewer: I deinstalled and installed, twice. I used a ccleaner too. I tried to change the start-area. I deleted cache. I changed dns. Everything they offer me in the forums. Nothing works. Yesterday everything was okay. And now it's so bad to use sl. Can you help me?
