Contact the merchant with a notecard and explain what happened. Include a copy of your transaction number and the exact name of the item (this number is in your marketplace account > order history if you purchased on the MP. If you purchased inworld, the transaction number is on your dashboard > account > transactions history). Ask very politely for a redelivery of your purchase. :smileyhappy:
