why i can't buy linden with my Master card?

hello, I tried for buy some linden for few days.  whenever i tried for buy linden, i was paid each 1$ for it.  so  i was  be paid total 4$,  as tried 4 times!

indeed, i could bought Linden with that Master card few months ago. but i can't now.  i wonderling  why can't i buy linden with that card now.

and i don't know the reason, why should i be paid 1$ each, whenver i tried for buy linden...
