Looking for mesh creator to produce a full perm item for me

I need a custom mesh for clothing created. I'm looking for someone who can produce a high quality, rigged clothing mesh full permissions for me to use in fashion design.

 

1. I'd like you to be able to work from my sketches
2. I'd like to receive the mesh, UV/baked map, and full permissions rights
3. It must be rigged
4. If you create full permissions items for other designers, I'd like you to make changes before reselling my custom mesh (so that it's fairly unique to my clothing line)

(Note that I can also give you a percentage cut of the finished fashion piece, but I don't make a lot of sales so it's probably more lucrative for you to charge me a flat rate.)

If I end up loving your work (and working with you!) I'm also interested in a long term partnership.
