I understand that folks are selling their homesteads for the transfer fee.I didn't really need that information. I'm not one of those people... yet. I may be at some point, but I'm not, yet. If you can do it, do it. Don't tell me about it. Oh, and if it's a ploy to try to get a lower price, here's a hint: Saying "Hey, I can't really afford to pay that much.
