I have tried for over a week to Buy  L$ with my Mastercard several times every  day I try. But get the answer "We were unable to place this payment against this invoice" : have spoken to  my cardholder, a Swedish bank and they say there in nothing wrong with my card and there are enough money for the small amount I want to use.
