I have a product that is prim mod however when my alt tested it, it won't resize above 10m, why?

I have a product that is prim mod however when my alt tested it, it won't resize above 10m, why? This happened to another product also and the customer cannot change it above 10m even though it came larger..It shrinks to 10m...I am hoping this is fixable. Any clues?

What viewer is being used?  Even though prim size was increased to 60m recently, if the viewer being used is old then it can only handle 10m max size.  So trying to resize a 50m box with an older viewer like 1.23 will automatically reduce the box to 10m and not let you resize it back.  Same way with megaprims.

So I'm guessing you need to update your viewer or your customer does.
