How Do I Log In?

Every time I try to go to the world I log out. How do I officially log in?

Did you sign up and then download Second Life onto your computer?

I double click on the Icon on my screen that was installed with the download.

That takes me to the login screen where I type my Resident name and password.

From there the system logs me in and there are a few screen messages like "loading world, downloading clothing "

If there was a problem with my computers configuration or if the Region I was trying to login into was having problems, the login process may not complete.

Where are you at in Login the process?

Did you get any Error messages?

Does your machine meet minimum requirements?

Have you recently updated the drivers for your computer's Graphic Card?
