Yes Reese, the hardware maintenance is planned to last until Christmas, which means extended regions restarts and many sims will be temporarily down during this period. No matter what viewer we use, all we can do is be patient and hope for this maintenance being REALLY completed and solved by the 25th. 2 days ago my sim has been down for 2 hours and there was really nothing to do about this. Keep checking the grid status for daily updates.
