When ever I try to open the second life it gives me this sign that I can't open try everything

Hello lial12 and welcome to SL Forums. If it is your first time you try to run the program, check out at first that your system meets SL's requirements. https://secondlife.com/my/support/system-requirements/index.php? If so, continue doing a clear re-install:

1. Uninstall the program using the Windows Control Panel
2. Delete everything into the following folders: C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife and C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ Secondlife
3. Download a fresh copy from http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ Be sure that you download the correct file depending of your OS.
4. If the program remains, try another viewer here.
