1/4 sim, 4000 prims, private island

I am looking to rent 1/4 of my sim to someone who is here for the long-term and who takes the "game" seriously. There are three of us who share this sim, and we are looking for a 4th. The parcel is very private, bounded by sea and mountains. The sim is nicely landscaped. The rating is mature, and the parcel has 4000 prims. Neighbors are tidy, friendly and discrete. 

We are looking for someone who is in SL for the long-term, and would enjoy a quiet and private place to work, create or relax. Rent is $78 US a month, Pay-Pal preferred. The surface is residential, but we can discuss a shop in the sky etc. It would be a nice place for role-playing, and you could use the adjoining 1/4 sim to have a bit more room for that. There is no covenant, it is more like a sharing than a rental, so if everyone agrees to what you want to do, you can do it.
