How soon after purchase of land is the fee due

If I was to buy a parcel of land today would the land fee be charged automatically today or would there be 30 days before its due

Fee is due immediately upon purchase. If this is mainland, you will be charged immediately on the base of the membership plan you choose (monthly, quarterly or annual). If you abandon the land before your next due date, you will not be refunded.

On another hand, if you choose to rent land on a private estate, even though fees are immediately due too, you have in general the possibility to pay weekly. This allows you (in case you change your mind and want to leave the land) to abandon the parcel at any time without loosing money.
