I brought products which say delivered but i received nothing any help??

Question

I recently brought some products on the market which were from various vendors... I have now waited 6 days and recieved nothing although the invoice says delivered... I have sent notecards to the vendors but I dont know if I will get the products or the Linden Money back... any suggestions??

Hello MizzbBehaving and welcome to SL Forums. You have two options:

a)You try again to contact the merchants or with im in world or better with notecards including a copy of the order (you find it under My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History) and you make patience. Some residents are no online every day. Real life is always the priority. Merchants usually are very kind and ready to help their customers.

b)Submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, includes the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply.
