When you arrive there, stand into your house --> Menu World --> Set Home to Here. This way anytime you can go back easily with Ctrl+Shift+H or relog there. About L$, you get 300L$ every Tuesday and 1000L$ as a bonus 45 days after the date you upgraded. If you are a Basic Member you haven't a free home. You have to buy one and also to rent a parcel to rezz it there. You don't get also free lindens. You have to buy them or to earn them finding a job for example.
