AndreaSPQR Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hi, after installing phoenixviewer and asking support for it because not starting at all, they told me the issue was teamviewer turned on, and I have noticed the same issue on SL viewer, that is on all the last versions with teamviewer turned on the SL viewer doesn't work at all, neither starts, only turning off teamviewer it works. Another issue is that, after starting the viewer without teamviewer, it doesn't show the group upon the nick name shown.
