Roman Frequency
Hi,I played SL a very long time ago and I wanted to see what's going on now. I have a PC that can run full graphics Crysis 2 at far above 90 FPS but can barely reach any playable remarks in this SL Viewer. Specs:i5-2500K @ 4.6 Ghz8GB memory @ 1866 MhzRadeon 6990 with full o/c running at 1680x1050, rev. 8.14.1.62292x 32GB Intel SSD (striped @ 6Gb/s), with a 1TB disk drive. My internet connection never goes above 50kB/s (so shouldn't be latency), I have a 3Mbit connection. Memory without second life is 3GB physical pool, so I should have more than enough for second life. My CPU with SL running barely scratch 35% utilization, yet I can barely move forward. I don't have any secondary graphics settings in my graphic hardware, so there shouldn't be any conflicts. This is my first time running SL, is there a sort cache building system occuring during initial logins? Roman Frequency
That worked perfectly, thanks. The Depth of Field crashes the driver though. Ironically enough the crash reporter for Second Life crashes when trying to report.
