If you went Premium 6 months ago and never got your bonus, you may call the support asap, which you should have done long ago as transactions do not show up more than the last 30 days. Check carefully your transaction history in your account and be sure you didn't get money from LL before giving a call. When the 300L weekly stipend is paid, it does not state "Linden Lab" but "source: system".
