can not log in says can not connect to simulator have tried different regions nothing works

i have tried everything from loging in useing a region name to using an alt to contact friends to try logging me in nothing works and it tells me can not connect to simulator. most anser i find on this does not help me. can someone please help me get logged back in?

LL is performing major updates and regions restarts since one week and many residents have unusual login issues. But you may try to login from a quiet sim such as Smith or Pooley. Also give a try unplugging your router, go get a coffee (or  pizza depending on your time zone) and plug it back on. Then login.
