Still Can't Do Anything

Have DL'd both SL viewer 2 and the current beta version.  Using an older Macbook, running OS X 10.5.8  and having tons of issues.  Can't teleport with being logged out.  Getting the SSL Handshake fail on my home screen.  Nothing comes up when I search for anything.  Nothing comes up when I click on my profile.  Right now, all I can do is walk around the place I land when I log in.  Also, when I log in, my home screen is never available and I'm put into a random area.  Please help, I'm ready to give up.

Hello inkedsurfer.  SSL Handshake Failed error is a known and old bug. Please see: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/EXP-701  Vote there and add your comment. The bug seemed that got fixed but now is back with V3.

About teleporting: Be sure that your inventory is fully loaded before you try to do everything else, every time you log in. This is something very important.
