CAN'T LOG IN TO SSL VIEWER HELP!!!

It will not let me login to my SSL viewer and whenever I try it takes forever then 5 min later it says dns falied check if logged in.?please help!!!

This is a known issue especially if you are on a Mac. You may have to add DNS to your Internet settings. See this tip:

The prefered DNS addresses are

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

use em both.
