how i know when an avatar is deleted

I have an avatar name on my friendlist and when i click to profile shows that the avatar still on my groups from the avatars profile. Now i fgo to check on my groups and other groups my friend use to be and the avatars name isnt listed. Hummm I think the avatar was deleted. Can anyone tell me how can I know if the avatar was deleted. Also I go to peoples search and name isnt there. Thank you

If you cannot find the name in search, that means the avatar has been deleted. His name showing on your friends list only means he didn't defriended you before vanishing.
