HELP!!!

why can I not log in?? blank page say Host not found.and box always say look at grid... have checked firewall and done all they have told me to do... HELP!!!

If you have Mac, it's a known issue for users with Macs. See https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-25627

You need to add the following additional DNS servers to your DNS settings in Network settings under System Preferences:

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

If it doesn't work for you try to download again a previous version of V3 or V2,

(in this case set your software updates NO to be installed automatically. (Preferences --> Setup --> Hardware)
