Hello again KadenNamru. If the message says "DNS could not resolve the host name" please see: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-558? Add your comment, vote there and try this: Troubleshooting DNS login issues

If you have Mac, it's a known issue for users with Macs. See https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-25627

A solution described at the following link and it is worth to give a try: http://neilrobinson.wordpress.com/2008/05/19/a-fix-for-dns-errors/

You need to add the following additional DNS servers to your DNS settings in Network settings under System Preferences:

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

If it doesn't work for you try to download again a previous version of V3 or V2,

http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Supported_Viewers

(in this case set your software updates NO to be installed automatically. (Preferences --> Setup --> Hardware)

or try a Third-Party Viewer: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory

Good luck.
