Why with my fiber optical connection, I can go to mainland, but I cant go to a Homestead land ?

With my old connection that was from cable, I didnt have any problem , but few days ago I changed to fiberoptical connection,and now I cant go to my own land " HomeStead " , I can only go to mainland SIM? if I go to a homestead SIM , in 10sec I crach . is there a way of fixing this or only way is changing again internet connection ?
