Nothing in the market place is working for me HELP!!!!

Everytime i buy something in the Marketplace it says sending failed. i have been tried for 3 days.. Even if i gift an item it doesnt go threw.. I need to know what is going on so i can fix it.. i need to be able to shop and gift items. someone please give me an idea on how to fix this issue
