Looking for a unique, full island estate rental opportunity?

The terms are as follows:
- No up front purchase costs
- Premium account not required
- Island/Estate rental is L$15,000L/Week (~US$233/Month vs US$295/Month for Linden Estate)
- 12,000 prims maximum (with reasonable script load)
- Access includes estate management rights
- Long-term monthly rental preferred (4 week minimum)

Restrictions:
- Island may not be renamed
- You must abide by the Second Life TOS agreement and remain a resident in good standing with Linden Labs  
- No "selling" of parcels.  Additional renting is permitted, but tenant must know that the property is a sublet
- Only my 3000 prim skybox/workshop area will remain private, for my personal/occasional use
- I must be able to bring occasional guests to my skybox
