Keep it simple I want to file a complaint about a credit card fee, I am in US, and got a UK charge .

I was charged .49 on my credit card by SL.com, a UK company , I am in the US... now , I want my .49 cents back and I need to fax a copy of my bill to SL to show that I am not attempting to rip off SL .  I do wonder how many ppl pay that .49 and never question it and then I wonder do you return it ??  Just please give me the chit number to place on the fax so I can get it out tomorrow.
