I paid for 2 new avatar and unable to find them in the sl viewer under library or cothing. how do i find them and take of the free one snd change it to a new one?

Check your order history in your marketplace account and see if the 2 items are marked as delivered. If they were delivered, you should find them in your recent items or objects folder. They will be boxes. You will have to open them in a place where you can rez objects (a sandbox if you don't have a land), then copy the contents to your inventory and wear the shape, skin, etc.

If the avatars were not delivered to you, you have to copy/paste your transaction numbers (just like you did in your question) into a notecard and IM the merchant explaining there was failure asking politely for redelivery.

If posssible, try to be inworld at the moment you purchase on the marketplace.
