got paypal and good funds, yet limited to only 30 dollors a month , and over a year old how do i get more

LindeX transaction limits are calculated from the time of your first billing transaction, not your rez date. I'm guessing that you just just made your first L$ purchase today? Your limits will go up in time (for instance, your buy limit should go up to US$100/mo. tomorrow...) or you can request a review.
