The Community Forum could be improved with the addition of subcategories for the Employment section.

Scripting, building, texturing, land and entertainment categories under employment would be helpful.

For new Residents, employment opportunities may not be readily visible and some may not understand the basic drivers of SL. 

Residents who place ads can attract other Residents who've expressed an interest in a specific field or line of work.

I understand that there are also economic drivers which reduce the desirability of excessive expansion for some Forum categories. 

I believe that Residents want to work and that L$ circulations would increase in the general Community.  

I welcome any comments, opinions or suggestions about this topic.

the original intent was for wanted to help find products or services that weren't known... it was supposed to be non-comercial.

currently it seems that wanted if for single product design, and employment is for general staffing...

 

personally I think this works... both categories are likely to be more than just single specialties, as those services are fairly uncommon... but if post counts warrant it (I don't really track those sections)
